I’ve checked out your ticket and saw that it is quite old and therefore also the App version was an older one. Basically, we were already aware of this behaviour and some improvements were implemented with the September Release.
Please update your App and in case the issue still persists, trigger the issue again and afterwards create a new support ticket with new logs.
You can also mention to support, that the issue should be forwarded to me directly.
