I have a problem signing into Nuki Web. When I want to sign in with my Google account, I always get an error message from Google’s side: Acces blocked: this app’s request is invalid. It’s not a user error, not a problem of Google, it’s a mistake that Nuki made. I tried using several Google accounts, computers, browsers, and phones. It’s always the same: access blocked.
I attached a screenshot of the error messages. Error 400, that’s means
“The app or service’s developer hasn’t set up their app correctly
The app has tried to access your data in a way that doesn’t follow our policies” (citation from Google Developers help)
Does anybody have any information about this problem, or maybe knows, what can I do now? (I already wrote messages to the helpdesk, but they didn’t answer me)
Even here. No Access and I have to configure a PIN for someone to enter the flat.
A product advertising itself as “Premium” must work reliable. Every time a different surprise but unfortunatly never a positive one.
Why the hell this is again not working! Is there again nobody working at Nuki? This is not acceptable anymore!
You wrote to helpdesk? Good luck. If they answer they will tell you to do a factory reset. Their support does not deserve their name. Again they left us without service. Probably there isnt even any person monitoring this forum.
Please other forum guys. Post your frustration HERE. Yes, Nuki has to understand that their paying customers are frustrated about the frequent service outages, faulty firmwares, etc.
So its now down for a couple of hours and no public statement from Nuki. Such a service cannot be taken serious.
Nuki Web is working, but the Google login fails. We’re working on it.
You are missleading your customer. Google logins work perfectly fine all all services. The Nuki integration with Google logins fails probably because of a modified URL - which raises the question how that can happen. Dont you have a QA before rolling out changes?
How can we use Nuki products in productive environments if they are not stable, outages on weekly basis, unstable Bluetooth connections, very bad customer support, etc.
Something like today simply must never happen and still if it would haven once but we are talking here about issues on a weekly basis.
