Getting a list of smartlocks now returns error 404. Can't change configurations in the web portal

The endpoint https://api.nuki.io/smartlock/ is now returning an error 404 when I try to obtain a list of my smartlocks via API.
It used to work, but starting from a few days ago it returns error 404. No changes were made on my end so what’s the problem?

Also, in the portal, if I try to add a new user or create a new entry code, this is the form that appears:

As you can see, a lot of important fields are missing such as name and email for users, and name and code for kepyad entry. After trying to save, an error with message "Field required " appears. Inspecting the page I could not find the missing fields.

Also, from manage device, everytime I try changing a configuration, I get this message:

Are there any plans to finish the web portal? Because it looks rather unfinished

Hi there,

Your API call is returning a 404 due to the trailing slash. If you try https://api.nuki.io/smartlock, it should work.

Regarding the issues with Nuki Web, please get in touch with our support team as they will best be able to help you. It seems to be a separate topic, and I unfortunately can’t forward your request as they would not have your e-mail address to reply to.

Was this a recent change or has it always been like this?

Hi Diogo,

It was always the case to my knowledge that the trailing slash did not work (However I am still relatively new at Nuki!). There was no intentional change to this functionality.
