Nuki Geofance locks itself shut without issue. However, when I enter the Nuki Geofance (expert settings), it’s set to “unlock,” but the door opens when I enter the Geofance area. If the setting is set to “no action,” it does nothing, which is correct. Both settings are visible in the log. If I set it back to “unlock,” it resumes the “open door” function. This is clearly visible in the log: it shows “unlock” and “open door,” followed by “unlock” and “open door” because I selected “open door when it finds the device” in the settings, which works.
So, it should work like this: Entering the Geofance lock is fine, then “unlock” and “lock” are selected, and the door is opened.
For now, the “unlock” setting is set to “no action” as a workaround, and when I’m in front of it, it should “find device” and then “open door.”
The solution is to temporarily set “unlock” to “no action,” and then, when I’m in front of it, it should “find device” and open the door. I’d like to change this again. I’ve already cleared the Nuki cache, deactivated and reactivated auto unlock, and deleted and re-added Smart Lock, but there’s no improvement; the same error persists.
The problem is that Smart Lock, even with the expert settings under Geofance, doesn’t unlock the door when entering. Everything has been calibrated and optimized multiple times: the lock, the door sensor, etc. Please help.
