Firmware version 1.9.3 does not load over 1.9.1

the last few days I tried to load the latest firmware 1.9.3 over version 1.9.1 many, many times. It always fails between 3% and 10 %. I even put fresh batteries to the NUKI to help Bluetooth. No difference.

Any idea, what could help ?
