Fatal problem: Authorizations randomly disappearing from Lock

We found a critical / fatal problem: access codes generated by API are randomly disappearing from the lock.

Here is the scenario:

  1. Authorization is created through API: PUT /smartlock/${smartlockId}/auth
  2. Authorization is verified with a CRON job every minute to be present with GET /smartlock/auth – authorization IS present in list
  3. After some time (hours, usually hours) – authorization disappears from the list

This problem is NEW since 2024-11-18.

This problem has VERY HIGH severity, as disappearing authorizations lock out people from property.
