Edit time-limited access by Web-API or Bridge-API?

Is it possible to edit the time-limited access of a user by API?
Because I want to edit it automatically in my smarthome software dependent on a calendar entry.
But in ioBroker these datapoints are read-only.

Yes, with the Web-API.

The bridge API does not have admin rights and can not modify users.
