hallo
during the setup in the doorbird app i got an error message
Doorbird app - settings - smartlocks
i select: Nuki Bridge (API-INtegration)
i put in my User an Password: in the Nuki account
the window comes back to doorbird app
and it show a message: Authentication failed. Please check your login details and account settings.
Apologies for not getting in touch with you sooner; your message flew under the radar somehow!
Can you confirm that when attempting to log in via https://web.nuki.io/#/login with those credentials, you are still able to access your account? This will at least tell us if there is an issue with your Nuki account, or whether we need to forward this case to Doorbird for further investigation.
