Hi,
I have a Nuki opener connected to the intercom that opens the main door of the building via app or if anyone rings the doorbell.
Suddenly the option to ring the doorbell has disconnected although all wirings remain the same and were not touched.
So when someone rings the doorbell outside, the lock does not open and it also does not open trough the app with the Ring to Open option.
The intercom model is BPT Agata C/B 200.

Is everything well connected? It wasn’t changed since installation as it had worked before.
