I have following issue when I start Doorsensorcalibration, the smartlock lock the door then it is unloking the door, after this I got error bluetooth connection is failing. other things working fine, only this calibrattion is failing.
which firmware version is running on your Smart Lock? You can get this information by checking /Manage Smart Lock/Firmware update in your Nuki App.
I have 2.8.15 running in Smart Lock.
Please update your Smart Lock to the latest version 2.9.10 and re-try to calibrate your door sensor.
Please let me know if this fixes your issues with the calibration procedure.

We updated the Smart Lock, not help
Support deceide to replace the Smart Lock.

I have the same problem. I can’t configure the smart sensor. Always I got a Bluetooth error and I am close to the smart lock and with the Bluetooth on.
Same error for me, it worked when I first installed it, then it stopped.
I used a ZigBee sensor with home assistant, now I wanted to retry and it’s not working anymore.
It has the same issue described above.
