Dear all,

Since a couple of days a witness random door “Sensor removed” issues. After removing the sonsor also in the App and re+calibration the sonsor works again, for one day or two or a week. The status of the battery sais OK - assuming the battery should be fine. SW of the sonsor ist 1.1.2.
I’m curently using a SL4Pro at Beta SW 4.3.1.

Hi,

please assure that the mounting plate is properly mounted, it sounds like the pin of the Door Sensor is not fully pressed and therefore triggering a “Sensor removed” event.
