With Nuki Smart lock, the Siri voice command “open the door” doesn’t work. Instead, it just locks the door. I had worked around the problem with ifttt and a webhook, but it is no longer supported by Nuki. I haven’t found a Simple alternative solution. My attempts via the API have all failed. Does anyone have a solution for cleanly implementing voice-only door opening via Siri?
When I ask Siri on my Homepod to open the door, it then tells me that I need to continue on my phone. I think get a smart notification on my phone that if I click, opens the door.
I assume this happens to stop the scenario of someone shouting through the letterbox for Siri to open the door.
