Hello,

I recently purchased a Nuki Smart Lock 4 and had been operating it through IFTTT. I should mention that I have both the smart lock and the internet bridge, and everything has been working fine until now. I just received an email from IFTTT stating that they will discontinue support for your lock. I specifically chose this lock because of its IFTTT compatibility.

Could you please help me convert my existing IFTTT process to a webhook or another API method? I need to send a command that opens the lock for a few seconds and then closes it again.

I know this functionality is documented in your API documentation, but as I’m not a programmer, I’m having trouble finding the exact implementation. I would greatly appreciate if you could either provide me with the specific command I need to send, or at least point me to the exact location in the documentation where this is explained.

I have already created an API token with the following details:

What exactly is the use case?
When should the door open and close after how many seconds?
There is a feature in the Smart Lock “Auto Lock” which can lock the smart lock after a certain interval, after unlocking it. IT can be 30s, 1 minute, 5 min, 10 min and so on.
Based on your use case, you can choose the trigger for unlock through our other smart home integrations, Alexa, Google Home, Homey etc. Have you already tried them?
