Door open, latch bounces back

Hello friends,

My Nuki is working perfectly, except that it opens the door for only 300 milliseconds.

I think this video captures it well: the latch opens, then after a short period of time bounces back, and I am unable to open it anymore: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/PsCPWxx92uc

Is this controllable through any API? Unfortunately the app does not seem to offer any option to calibrate this.

Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) as this is an individual problem and might require sharing logs and other sensitive data.
