As of 17.01.2025 upon a previous request by SSS Siedle (S.Siedle & Söhne, Telefon- und Telegrafenwerke OHG) we have discontinued our official support for Siedle intercoms for the Nuki Opener. As a consequence, Siedle intercoms are not shown anymore in our compatibility list. Existing Nuki Opener customers will be able to continue using our product.
Hi, literally 30 minutes ago i deleted my running configuration to to reconfigure my door opener. Had a strange behavior and I wanted to try if this goes away with a fresh start. Now I can’t reconnect as I cannot select siedle from the list. Will you offer any possibility (like generic system) that will allow me to do the software setup again? Hardware is still connected/nothing changed.
Is there any possibility of setting it still up? I just bought the Opener this week (after last week the compatibility was given on the website) and now I cannot use it?
There is still a Generic Model (Siedle) under the Generic manufacturers but I guess this is not an option either? (At least I was not succesful)
That really sucks! I’ve just bought it for a Siedle. Do I have to cancel the whole project? Because without the opener it’s completely useless.
So I got my Siedle HST 811-0 working today (it uses 1+n, so only port 7 and 1). During the configuration I had to use “Generic”–>“Hybrid” and this worked for me! There are also other options under Generic, e.g. the Siedle In-Home-Bus or Analogue setup. Hope this helps!
