Disconnected Bridge

Hi all

I am using Nuki+bridge + keypad since few months ago for airbnb, however I found out this morning that the bridge is disconnected from the APP/Web AP, and unfortunately can’t create new users/passcodes
the web app doesn’t show when the problem happened or what happened exactly, knowing all my other devices are still connected
