I don’t know if I’m here right or wrong. My Smart Lock 2.0 is locked and can not be opened by hand anymore. For it’s out of warranty, I tried to open and repair it. But I wasn’t careful enough and saw a spring on my desk. I have no idea where it belongs to. Does anyone has a hint?
