I’m using the Nuki Lock Pro 5th gen and I have sometime a different status between the Apple Home app and the Nuki app, and this happens when someone uses a physical key to lock or unlock the door.
The status in the Nuki app is correct (manually locked or unlocked in the activity log) but the one in the Apple Home App is not.
What can be done to always have the correct updated status in the Apple Home app?
