Deactivate user rights over API

Hi,

I have a Nuki Lock User (over Keypad 2.0) that should not be active on Bavarian holidays. So my plan is that I deactivate the right to use the right to lock and unlock (Sperren erlauben) over an API on 0:00 when the Bavarian holiday starts and activate again on 23:59.

Is there an API that can handle Nuki lock users?

My locks are not in the cloud. Is there a way to make it locally over an API?

Basically the BLE API could to this, but it’s the most complex one to implement.
