I would like to know if Nuki systems allows you to send authentication credentials to a third-party auth API REST for its validation, then that API should return a response that will be used to know if the door should be opened or not.

You can integrate using the Nuki Web API either by using an OAuth integration or using a manually generated token, and thereby lock/unlock your Smart Lock from a 3rd party integration. You can refer to the documentation here:
