Code doesn't work anymore/lost?

Keypad had 3 active codes and suddenly 2 of them are not working anymore.
Very strange, never known situtation like this.

could you give us a bit more information how the problem occured? Which Smart Lock and Keypad version do you use? Which Firmware’s? And are the codes still visible in the Nuki App or did they disappear there?
Is the problem still occurring when you set up new codes?
