Can't delete user

Dear community,

I have an urgent problem and would appreciate some support.
I recently tried to remove a user but get the following error when trying to remove them:
Bildschirmfoto 2023-08-10 um 15.16.13

What could be the issue? We really need to remove the user because they can still use the door.

EDIT:
This is done from the Root Admin Account which has full admin rights. Never had this issue before.
