Good morning,

I have found a compatibility issues in my system with Bticino 344832:

  • when a neighbor rings the bell of his apartment the nuki of my apartment opens the condominium door (with all neighbors rings);
  • the vision of the camera of my video door phone does not work;

Ciao Matteo, perdona se ti scrivo in Italiano. Io ho il tuo stesso modello di videocitofono ed ho acquistato l’opener. Per caso sei riuscito a capire come installarlo? Ovviamente anche io ho un cablaggio a due fili…

Did you find a solution?
Or have you found an alternative intercom model that is compatible both with Nuki and the condominium system?
