Bticino 344704 Problems

I live in an apartment building and I’ve had a Nuki Opener hooked up to a Bticino 344704 for about 4 years, with full functionality (Ring to Open, etc.). However, the Opener stopped working about a week ago. Attached are pictures of how the system was set up pre-Opener. Can anyone suggest a different wiring scheme that might make my Opener work again? Thanks!

Also, here is how I had it set up with the Opener. This setup worked for 4 years, but just recently stopped after somebody performed maintenance on the outdoor/front door intercom unit.
