Tauchen die entsprechenden Log-Einträge für das Klingeln in Nuki Web auf und nur die Push notification kommt nicht wie erwartet oder funktioniert die Klingelerkennung generell nicht?
Im zweiten Fall hilft eventuell der Opener Verkabelungsplan (siehe Howto connect the Nuki Opener to unknown intercom systems) weiter - für die Unterdrückung muss das Signal ja auch erkannt werden.
Do the corresponding log entries for the ringing appear in Nuki Web and only the push notification does not appear as expected or does the ring detection not work in general?
In the second case the Opener wiring diagram (see Howto connect the Nuki Opener to unknown intercom systems) might help - for the suppression the signal has to be detected as well.
