My Nuki Bridge v1 is stuck at firmware version v1.10.0.
I’ve gone through all possible options, from factory reset to update API, but none of it works.
The contact to the customer support was more disappointing than helping, as they told me that this was actually the most recent firmware for the device (did they ever look into this forum with the firmware releases?).
Is there anything that can be done about this issue, or is the hardware just waste?
More Background:
I’ve started using my bridge that I bought back in 2018 for the first time a few months ago.
It should connect to my new Opener, but this requires an update to a more recent firmware version.
Triggering the update API causes the device to react and starting blinking fast, but after it stops the firmware version is still the same. Also waiting hours afterwards didn’t change that.
It’s a pity to not have any other means of updating a device, and the sole mechanism being bugged or broken.
