Bridge connection ok on iPad but no connection on iPhone

Since couple of days I can’t get connection with iPhone through bridge. Only Bluetooth.
On my iPad, everything is ok.
Restarted app, restarted Bridge, smartphone and iPad are on same network.
Any ideas?

Try to remove the Smart Lock from the iOS App and add it again. If you have no other Smart Lock in the iOS App you might remove the full app and reinstall it before adding it again.
If that does not fix the problem please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) for more detailed information.
