Hi, I bought a Nuki Combo (Smart Lock, 3 KEY-FOB, Bridge).
At first installation everything went smooth, I could conect the SMart Lock with the Bridge and a Key FOB. The bridge succesfully connected to my Wifi.
I had mechanical problems so I took the battery out of the smart lock, but kept the Bridge in a power socket.
Now after few days, I solved my mechanical problems, the Smart Lock works fine, the Key FOB works fine, but there is no way I can connect the Bridge to the Smart Lock.
I tried as instructed in the trobleshoot section, but it does not connect. I also factory reset the Smart Lock, but still the same problem with the Bridge.
Is there a way to factory reset the Bridge as well, or what are my options?
