the value for state.batteryCharge that i get from the web api using api.nuki.io/smartlock is different from the value i get using the bridge http api callback as batteryChargeState, i get batteryCharge = 40 from the web api and batteryChargeState = 62 from the bridge callback

I tested it and the value reported for my Smart Lock is the same through both Web API and Bridge HTTP API.
But, is there a delay while you do both the calls? That could be one reason, however, still the difference is quite big. It seems like an issue specific to you, and I suggest you get in touch with the Customer Support for more help on this.
