Battery Pack with installed power supply?

Hello,
I’d like to get two power packs (any updates when they’ll become available in the shop?)

Do you have any insights if it will be possible to keep the power connected at all times? Or will this kill the battery over time? Actually, I’d only need a fixed power solution; I wouldn’t need any battery at all. Is this feasible? Or will I have to install let’s say a timer, which turns the USB charger on for some hours, and then turns it off again for a week/a month…?
