Hey, I have a Nuki 3 Pro, and I tried to remove the battery pack and it’s stuck. I pressed the release button towards the arrow and nothing happens. What should I do?

Try to push the battery pack inwards while pressing the button and jiggle the pack a bit.
Worked for me.
For me doesn’t work. The battery pack is stuck in my Nuki 3.0

Solution:
I struggled with this a lot as well previously, but today i found a solution.
The unlocking-mechanism at the bottom has a click at the very, very end of it.
I really had to force it, but with this technique it reliably releases the battery pack!
