Battery doesn't seem to recharge

Hello experts,

I just bought a brand new Nuki 3.0 Pro; if I try to recharge the battery (the power pack) the white light flashes once, and then it looks like it doesn’t charge.

The question is:
how do you understant if the battery is charging or not?

I have the same problem with my brand new Noki 3 Pro. The power bank is not charging. I tried different cables and it is still the same. Led is not blinking. Could it be a developer related issue?

Just really-really use the cable that comes with Nuki. I’ve tried 3 different Type-C cables that i have, didn’t work. Seems like the Nuki one has a longer(?) port and clicks in much better.
Also, battery should be <75%
