I have had a Nuki 4 pro for a few days now. The auto unlock works very badly. I’m always standing in front of the door and have to wait. My wife and children have the same problem. We didn’t have this problem with my Nuki 2. It can’t be due to the app settings, as everyone has the same mobile phone and the same app as before. How can I speed this up?
Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) as this is an individual problem and might require sharing logs and other sensitive data.
We have a similar issue with 4 Pro
Auto Unlock only unlocks the door but doesn’t unlatch the door.
We have to manually unlatch via app in 5 of 6 cases
Also new Beta Firmware has the same issue
Restarting and calibrating doesn’t help
I have the same issue with the latest firmware installed, however not when using Auto Unlock but when trying to open the door via MQTT (or Nuki App). It takes several attempts until the lock finally unlatches the door. With Nuki 2.0 there was no problem at all. Recalibrating did also not help, neither did prolonging the unlatch time, since it seems the lock is not even trying to do the unlatch, but only tries to go in ‚open‘ state which is already the case?
