Just purchased the nuki 3 and trying to use the auto unlock with no success. I am using samsung s23 ultra and my wife has iphone 14. I made sure my samsung is not using any battery optimization for nuki app and it’s running in the background at all times.
when I check the activity log I cannot see any auto unlock and it does not seem to work at all.
I used the wizard to make sure everything is set properly including gps, wifi, location and etc… lastest app installed…
how reliable this feature?
I tested it going away for 100m coming back after a while but it refuses to work.
what else can be done?
