I had troubles with the Nuki App and my iPhone. It took me up to 5 Minutes to open des Door via the Nuki app. (4pro)
Using a shortcut for unlatching was much faster and auto unlock worked nicely too.
I then turned my lock in the mode to not to be able to unlock from distance and the performance in the phone rised drastically so that I only need a little but under a minute to get a connection and open the lock with the app.
Long intro… BUT - with my Apple watch Ultra i still stand in front of my door waiting for the app to get a connection. Sometimes really 5 minutes, this is insane. Same bahaviour on my prior lock 3, I even sent it back to Amazon because I thought it was broken.
Why does the app on both devices need so much time just get a connection? I am directly in front of my door, less than 10cm in between…
