Hi i actually use the ios beta 15 on my iphone x and when the relay server function of apple is turned on the last beta or appstore version of the nuki app does not connect anymore . the app can not provide any actions only auto unlock on the smartlock works. ring to open can not be start complete . the app recognizes that im come in to the geofence area but can not start Ring to open opener or Smartlock . can it be that the server is blocked by nuki ?

Are you using “Private Relay” on iOS? Please send us your logs via “Help → Contact customer support”, select the device causing the issues and add a remark when the auto unlock was expected. In which country are you located?
