APP UPDATE: Nuki iOS App 2025.9.1-Beta

We released a new iOS App version 2025.9.1-Beta (2662), 26.08.2025

What’s new?

  • We fixed a WatchOS issue when executing lock actions from remote.
  • We improved the Fob UX by moving the button action settings from “Settings → Features & Configuration” into “Settings → Fob”.
  • We improved the design of the Guarantee Plus screen.
  • Further minor performance improvements and bug fixes.

I have been using this version for a while now with no major issues to report. I still get the odd duplicate entry in the log for the door status. Not sure if that’s app related or if it’s more to do with the lock or door sensor firmware.

Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th Gen) - Firmware 5.4.6
Door Sensor - Firmware 1.2.0
Connected to Apple Home via Matter - iOS 26 & tvOS 26 (beta 8).

As you can see below it sometimes works as expected and other times not.

Thanks for the positive feedback regarding the update!

In order to provide you proper help regarding your findings we require further details like logs from your devices etc.
Therefore, please create a support ticket via the App (Side Menu → Help → Contact customer support) and provide as much information as possible, such as dates&times when it didn’t work as expected + respective screenshots

No problem I can do that but just a few questions. I have seen the duplicate log issue since I got my new Smart Lock Pro (5th Gen) installed on my door back at the start of July 2025. That’s a lot of logs to go through for every date and time. Would it be okay if I just go back a few weeks from today?

I previously had the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 with the built in door sensor and I did not have this issue with that lock. I removed my old lock from the app as it was preventing Auto Unlock from working correctly with the new lock. I no longer have access to the old logs for the SL 2.0.

So in short can you give me a preferred duration of how far back you would like me to go with the dates and times when the door sensor status duplicated in the logs?

It’s done with the last few days, only allows 6 screen shots but the ticket is logged.

why doesnt show my watch app the current status of
the smartlock whey iam using my apple watch only in LTE modus? without iphone nearby?
