The problem with the latch still occurs: it is pulled and does not come out again or it is only pulled halfway. Yesterday, the Ultra kept running with loud rattling, maybe for 10 seconds. There’s no way to stop it! The key also keeps getting stuck, making it very difficult to turn the cylinder.
Since January, the auto unlock logging has not worked or only sometimes, then not again. There is correspondence and sent log files that confirm the error. When will this finally be done?
