@ueffchen with the help of a customer support ticket we get more detailed logs and additionally it is easier to filter/bundle tickets with similar issues - thanks for the ticket, we’ll have a look into it!

@Cornelis this seems to be an individual issue, that you cannot create a support ticket, since others can create them
the general functionality of the new Widgets has been explained in our support article as well - please have a read if something is unclear
regarding your other topics: as you stated by yourself, it is already reported/discussed in the forum in different threads, therefore it is not helpful nor needed to get this thread messed up with it, as this thread is simply about the latest App Update
@Georgios.T as stated earlier to the other users, please create a customer support ticket via the App, so that we get further detailed logs and can have a closer look.
In general: please keep in mind, that this is a developer forum and any individual issues should be reported to our customer support.
