it seems the version cause trouble.
devices are randomly not reachable. “nicht erreichbar”
also random error “kein zugriff, contact admin” this is also random und sometimes it worked when try it again

could you please elaborate if you have issues on the reworked connection info screen (Settings → Connection Info) or in general / on the main screen when you are opening the app?
if it is the latter, it is definitely not related to your assumption but could be some random connection issue.
in order to analyse this properly, I’d suggest you create a support ticket via the App (Side Menu → Help → Contact customer support)
