I’ve been using the Opener and Lock features with my phone since September 2024. While the system functioned adequately for about three months, I occasionally experienced connectivity issues (e.g., having to close and reopen the app if the connection took too long).
Recently, however, both the Opener and Lock buttons stopped working entirely on my phone. They either appear offline or, if shown as online, fail to establish a connection. Notably, I can still operate the devices using other phones and codes.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Created multiple new codes.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Additionally, I’ve reached out several times via email and phone but haven’t received any response from your support team.
