App not loading from bridge while web interface does


surprisingly, the app on my mobiles (both iOS and Android) is at once not loading the status and activity log from the Nuki 2.0+bridge, while the web interface does. What could be the reason and a suggestion to fix the issue?

For the time being I have no physical access to the Nuki, so I can’t go there with Bluetooth or power-cycle it.

Hope I’m not badly addressed seeking for help under “Discussion / Questions”.

Update: apparently the software on the bridge had crashed. The WiFi was still responding but the appliance not, I’ve got somebody to walk in, unplug and re-plug and it seems OK again.

Bugs happen, but perhaps some integrated watchdog functionality would be good to increase reliability.
