API with PMS

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how I can connect our Nuki account with the PMS we are currently using.

Unfortunately, the integration is not supported, so API connection is the alternative.

However, I didn’t fully understand the subject, even when I went through the forums.

In the Nuki platform, I’ve been required to give a Webhook URL but I don’t know how to generate it and if the PMS provide such option at all.

Ideally, what we want for our company is to make our PMS send the guests’ data (email) to Nuki so their access can be created automatically.

I would really appreciate it if someone could assist.

Yes, applying for the Nuki Advanced API is the right way to go about it.

A webhook URL is a specific endpoint (URL) on a server that is configured to receive incoming HTTP requests from a webhook. You need to create and provide a URL so that your system or application can receive real-time updates or data from our system when certain events occur. For example, if a lock status changes, or authorization is created.
