We have a 3-4 year old Nuki Smartlock device in our office.
We replace the batteries with Duracell batteries when they drop below 50%.
However, last week on Friday the batteries showed 60% and on Saturday we received an e-mail that the batteries were low. When we checked the system, the battery level was 36%. There was a sudden drop in batteries and we almost couldn’t enter the office.
I wanted to write because I wondered why. Maybe the device is old, I don’t know.

I recharge the battery every Sunday, and it has never been a problem, but this week, the battery is draining VERY quickly even though the lock is only being used with a key. Out of the two apartments I monitor, this only happens with one of the batteries.
