Alexa Shows: "There is a problem with the Front Door"

I have integrated my Smartlock with Alexa and set up an access code. The lock works through the app but will not work with Alexa. The lock shows as having a problem and says “The device is unresponsive”

Any ideas how to rectify this please ?

Doesn’t anybody know how to resolve this ? The claim that Nuki works with Alexa is becoming doubtful !

In Nuki Web my Smartlock activity log stopped on 25th March and I have no access. Could this be the problem ? I do not know how to resolve this. Can anybody advise please ?
