The template used to send the code through airbnb messaging system should be fixed. It says that you have to enter the code to lock the door (instead of unlock).
To lock the door, one has to use the triangle button, no code needed…
Here is the problematic message :
The Nuki Smart Lock is mounted on your door from the inside and locks it for you as soon as you enter the code into the Keypad.
Should be instead :
The Nuki Smart Lock is mounted on your door from the inside and unlocks it for you as soon as you enter the code into the Keypad.
As the template is not customizable (!), you’ll have to fix it on your side…
