Hi! I would like to use the Advanced API to synchronize bookings from my PMS hotel software with Nuki. I requested the Advanced API integration but the status is still “Application pending”.
How much time does it take / do I need to do something else? My hosting subscription is already connected to my device.

Under what name and contact email is the request raised?
Normally for short rental requests, it takes much longer than others because of the internal approval process. For other types, it should take 2 business days.
