Activating API token - connection refused

Hi,
I am new here - trying to just activate the API and get a token. When I go to IP:8080/auth the connection is refused.
Am I doing something wrong?

You can also try to activate the Bridge API in bridge managemen (Nuki App - Manage devices - Bridge - follow the steps and ctap on the Bridge icon to be able to activate it).
