720° Mode with NUKI 3.0 Pro inkl. MQTT not possible

Hello together

I have activated MQTT in the NUKI with firmware 3.10.7 and also the 360° mode.

Now the lock turns 360° when closing, waits approx. 1 second and turns 360° again. So it turns a total of 720°.

If I deactivate MQTT, the 360° mode works.

According to Georg from NUKI support, “you can clearly hear the Smart Lock engaging again to turn the second 360°. These two actions can also be seen in the log”.

He thinks that this is a problem with MQTT and the 360° mode.

Is it even possible to use the 360° mode with this version of the NUKI MQTT?

Viele Grüsse

Does this happen only for lock actions triggered via MQTT or all lock actions?

Is the second lock action logged as MQTT within the activity log?

What MQTT broker/integration did you connect the Smart Lock to?
Can you check the logs of this broker/integration to see whether or not the broker actually triggered the second lock action?
If your’re sending the lock action via MQTT please also make sure to use QoS 2.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have done some tests/experiments in the meantime.
Among other things, I installed the IOBroker adapter for NUKI … and the problem occurred there too. So it is not an MQTT error.

I then found it in a script for controlling the NUKI lock.
So it’s not an MQTT error, but one of my scripts.
The 360 degree mode with MQTT works perfectly.
