I’m wondering if there is a fallback 2 factor authentication for web.nuki.io possible in case my configured authenticator app can’t be used anymore. This could be necessary in case my phone gets broken or the authenticator app was deleted by accident.
I don’t see any second way to do the 2 factor authentication. Do I oversee something? In other systems I see a second email address or a phone number to receive a code by sms can be configured. Is there something planned?

At the moment where is no - unassisted - fallback for 2FA and I agree that this could be improved. Feel free to add a topic in the #feature-requesfor it.
Hello I have my 2FA-Qr-Code no longer, because my phone was broken. Now I can not generate the code for web.nuki.io anymore. how can I reset this now?
